Water and Sewer utilities are serviced by the City of Hickman.

*NPPD representative will be available at City Hall (115 Locust Street) on Tuesday's in October and November from 10am to 2pm due to the new electrical service transition.

The City of Hickman entered into an Electric Lease Agreement with Norris Public Power District as of October 1, 2024 and is no longer providing electrical billing services for electricity provided to customers, and therefore desires to return all electric service deposits to be returned to the account holder. Any deposits on account that are not claimed by March 31, 2025 will be turned over to the State of Nebraska Unclaimed Property Division, a repository for money and other personal assets considered lost or abandoned. Form must be completed by the account holder and submitted to City of Hickman, PO Box 127, 115 Locust Street, Hickman, Ne 68372 or emailed to officeassistant@hickman.ne.gov
